• Please read the agreement carefully, and complete the RED outlined Sections "Personal Info", "Credit Card Payment" and "Occupancy". Digitally Sign or Wet Sign where noted and return completed form. If onscreen input does not work, please print contract, complete by hand, and return by scan/email or fax. If this confirmation is not returned within 24 hours, your reservation may be cancelled at the discretion of property management.
• A deposit is required to hold your reservation and will be billed to the credit card provided, please review the Rental Agreement for additional information.
• For homes with swimming pools, pool and hot tub are not heated; should you choose to heat the pool, heating fees will apply. Absolutely, no pool activity after 22:00.
• Access to the home will be sent, via email, with time sensitive access codes to gain entry to the home on the week of your check-in.
• House parties, large gatherings in excess of occupancy limits and/or any type of entertainment are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and grounds for immediate eviction and/or fortitude of security deposit.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction.
• Property management only accept credit cards as form of payment. We must receive payment by credit card for the deposit accompanying the signed contract. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to check-in and will automatically be billed to the credit card on file. Your time frame will be cancelled and deposit forfeited for non-payment.
• Prior to checkout, please leave the home in the condition in which it was found, including removing food items from refrigerator and pantry. Beds may be left unmade and sheets and pillowcases left on. Should the home not be left in the condition in which it was found, additional charges may apply or be deducted from security deposits. Before leaving, set the thermostats off, make sure any pool heating equipment is set to off and make sure all doors and windows are locked and shut.
• Please review the additional terms and conditions on the rental agreement provided by the property management. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
